This piece is about planting tender thoughts today, trusting they will bloom tomorrow. It’s a love note sent forward in time… and a mushroom reaching over you to say, you’re safe to grow here.
The inside page takes you on a little rope and moss path, spellbinding you to turn the page to write your story. The cover is hand-sculpted to look and feel like a tree, with two clay fly agaric mushrooms growing inside. Tiny mother of pearl stones lead the way in, reminding us, we’re always guided
This piece is about finding the light when everything feels dark.
The cover is hand-sculpted to look and feel like real bark — inviting you to press your hand against it and feel something in you shift. Preserved moss cradles the hollow, hugging a cluster of golden mushrooms. None of them grew alone. Surrounding them are tiny golden arches and symbols, and above hangs a golden moon, twinkling just for you.
Whatever you're growing through right now, there's a page waiting for it. The inside page holds the words: Even in the dark, something magical is growing.
And it is. You are.
Ground your people. Reconnect your team. Create something that lasts.
There’s a moment in every workshop where the room gets quiet, people stop performing, and start feeling. They’re no longer thinking about work, deadlines, or expectations…they’re present and grounded. My goal is to help people create from that place of somewhere real, and let my voice and their hands guide them.
What I Offer
I design and facilitate immersive, nature-based creative experiences that blend art, mindfulness, and emotional connection. Each workshop is thoughtfully crafted to feel like stepping into the forest—calm, tactile, reflective, and quietly transformative.
What Makes This Different
Every session is rooted in creative wellness and inspired by the natural world. Participants are guided through:
🌲 Grounding rituals to arrive in the moment
🪵 Tactile, earth-based materials (wood, moss, sand, stone)
🎨 Intuitive art-making—no experience needed
🧘 Moments of reflection and stillness
🤝 Connection to express and release
The Experience
I come to you and transform your space into a creative sanctuary. Each workshop begins with a gentle grounding practice, inviting participants to slow down, connect with their senses, and tune into what they’re feeling. From there, I guide them through building their own nature-inspired piece, using textures and materials from the earth or inspired by the forest. Along the way, I offer prompts that encourage reflection without pressure. By the end, each person leaves with a physical reminder of their experience, and their presence.

Let’s Create Something Meaningful Together
Location: Rawson Lake, Kananaskis
Size: 8X10 (unframed)
Material: High quality print, 110 lb felt loop textured paper
Inspired from an amazing hike with my family to Rawson Lake in early October, where we were met with sunshine, rain, and the first snowfall of the season. It was spectacular to see the colours come alive and even more so to breathe in all that pine tree freshness. I just loved how the heaviness of the new fresh snow gently blanketed the pine branches. The little bit of mist hovering over the trees is magical, but most of all, I hope this piece captures that calm, still peaceful moment.
Tree Island Limited Edition Print
Inspired by my favourite spot at Two Jack Lake in Banff, this piece captures the magic of a little island, packed with happy pine trees. With clay-molded rocks you can ‘jump’ across in your imagination and a rainbow-hued sky full of wonder, it’s a little piece of the forest to bring home.
